    The technician checks your appliance at home and finds the fault. The inspection charge is shown before you book.

    The cost, before any work

    You hear the repair cost, with parts and labour, before the technician starts.

    Adjusted in your repair bill

    If you go ahead and we repair it, the inspection charge is adjusted in your repair bill.

    Can't fix it?

    You pay only the inspection charge.

Most repairs come with a warranty of up to 6 months on the part and the work. The exact period depends on the repair option you choose at home. Service and inspection visits don’t carry a warranty.
