Our services are designed to restore functionality and extend the life of your appliances.

Service Eligibility

We only provide services on appliances that are out of warranty. For appliances under manufacturer warranty, we recommend contacting the authorized service center first. Our services complement manufacturer warranties and do not void existing coverage.

  • Transparent Pricing: All costs will be explained before beginning any repair work
  • Quality Parts: We prioritize using Genuine compatible parts for all repairs to ensure the best performance and longevity of your appliance. If these are unavailable, we will discuss alternative options with you.
  • Service Completion: Work is completed only after your approval and satisfaction
  • Post-Service Support: We provide follow-up support for all completed services

Pricing and Payment Terms

Visit Fee Policy

A nominal visit fee is applicable if you choose not to proceed with our repair services after the diagnostic check. However, this visit fee is waived if you decide to proceed with the repair, effectively integrating it into the service cost. This policy helps us maintain fairness and clarity in our billing.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, bank transfers, and digital payments
  • Service charges must be settled before our technician leaves your premises
  • For parts requiring advance ordering, partial payment may be required
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes

Estimate Validity

Service estimates are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Prices may change due to market fluctuations in part costs or changes in appliance condition.

Warranty and Guarantee

Service Warranty

We offer comprehensive warranties on our repair services: 14 days on service work, 1-3 months on repairs, and 3-6 months on replacement parts. This warranty covers the specific repair work performed and ensures lasting solutions.

Warranty Coverage

  • Parts Warranty: Replacement parts are covered for manufacturing defects
  • Labor Warranty: Our workmanship is guaranteed for the specified period
  • Performance Warranty: The repaired appliance should function as intended

Warranty Limitations

  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty
  • Warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by unauthorized persons
  • Environmental damage (water, fire, electrical surge) is not covered

Warranty Claims

To claim warranty service, contact us within the warranty period with your service receipt. We will provide free rectification for genuine warranty claims.

Customer Responsibilities

Before Service

  • Be present during the service appointment or designate an authorized representative

  • Inform us of any specific safety concerns or access restrictions

During Service

  • Allow our technician to perform necessary diagnostic tests
  • Provide access to electrical connections and water supply if required
  • Review and approve the service estimate before work begins
  • Follow any safety instructions provided by our technician

After Service

  • Test the appliance functionality before our technician leaves
  • Keep the service receipt for warranty purposes
  • Follow any maintenance instructions provided
  • Contact us immediately if any issues arise within the warranty period
  • Provide feedback on our service quality

Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, there are certain limitations to our liability:

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed
